Refund policy

This policy explains how to return a Michiagua order (https://michiagua.myshopify.com/) and how we refund you. It does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer.

Return period
You have 30 calendar days from receiving your order to return it without giving any reason. This is your right of withdrawal: the law guarantees you at least 14 days. If your order arrives in several parcels, the period starts when you receive the last one.

How to return an item
Before the period ends, email us at sergiosilmar05@gmail.com with your order number and the products you want to return. If you prefer, you can use the model form at the end.
We will reply with the address to send it to. We work with several suppliers, so it may not be the same for every product: please do not send it to any other address without checking with us.
Send the product within 14 calendar days of notifying us.

Return costs
Return shipping costs are paid by you, unless the product is defective, arrived damaged or is not what you ordered: in those cases we pay them.

Condition of the product
You may open and try it as you would in a physical shop. If you use it beyond that and it loses value, we may deduct that loss from the refund. If you can, return it with its packaging and accessories.

Products that cannot be returned
By law, personalised or made-to-measure products, products that deteriorate quickly and sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed cannot be returned.

Defective, damaged or wrong products
Please check your order when you receive it. If it arrives damaged, is defective or is not what you ordered, email us at sergiosilmar05@gmail.com with photos and your order number: we will repair it, replace it or refund you, at no cost to you. In addition, all our products have a 3-year legal guarantee from delivery.

Exchanges
If you want a different size, colour or model, the quickest way is to return the product following this policy and place a new order.

Refunds
We will refund everything you paid, including the original shipping costs (up to the amount of our cheapest standard shipping), within a maximum of 14 calendar days from when you tell us you are withdrawing. We may wait until we receive the product, or until you send us proof that you have sent it, before refunding you. We will use the same payment method you used to buy, at no cost to you; your bank may take a few more days to show it.
