Terms of service

These terms govern the use of the Michiagua online store (https://michiagua.myshopify.com/) and the purchases you make in it. By buying, you accept them. Each order is subject to the version in force when it is placed.

The store runs on Shopify, but the sale is made directly with us: Shopify is not a party to the contract.

Who can buy
You must be over 18, give us truthful information and keep your account secure, if you create one. We sell for personal use, not for resale.

Products and prices
We describe our products as accurately as possible, although colours may vary depending on your screen. Prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping and any other costs are shown before you pay. If there is an obvious pricing error, we will let you know and you can either continue at the correct price or cancel the order with a full refund.

How to place an order
Add the products to your cart, enter your shipping details and payment method, and confirm the purchase. Before paying, you can review and correct all the details. We will then email you the order confirmation, which is proof of the contract; we keep an electronic copy that you can ask us for. The contract is concluded in Spanish. If a product sells out or we detect possible fraud, we may cancel the order before shipping it and refund everything you paid.

Payment
We accept the methods shown on the checkout page. You are charged when you confirm the order, through a secure payment gateway; we do not store your card details.

Shipping and delivery
Delivery times and conditions are set out in our Shipping policy. The product travels at our risk until you, or the person you designate, receive it.

Returns and guarantee
You can withdraw from your purchase as explained in our Refund policy. All products have a 3-year legal guarantee from delivery. We are the seller and are responsible to you even if the product is shipped directly by our supplier.

Intellectual property
The texts, images, logos and design of the store belong to Sergio Silva Martin or their licensors; you may not use them for commercial purposes without permission. Shopify trademarks belong to Shopify.

Use of the store
You may not use the store for illegal or fraudulent purposes, introduce viruses, scrape data in bulk or access it with robots or automated agents that do not identify themselves as such. Any reviews you post must be truthful and respectful; we may remove unlawful or offensive ones. If you breach these terms, we may block your access.

Liability
We are liable for our obligations in accordance with the law. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse of the store, for delays due to force majeure, or for the content of third-party websites or tools we link to. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.

Privacy
We process your data as explained in our Privacy policy.

Changes to these terms
We may update them; changes only apply to orders placed after they are published.

Applicable law and complaints
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you have a problem, email us at sergiosilmar05@gmail.com and we will try to resolve it. You can also contact the consumer services of your region, consumer arbitration, or the courts of your place of residence.
